Blue Sky Ranch Yuma is completely renovated with newly paved roads, all new recreational facilities including swimming pool & spa, pickle ball court, bocce ball court, curling lanes, shuffleboard courts, a putting green and an enclosed dog park. As well as beautiful, western decor and landscaping!

Desert Paradise RV Resort is nestled in the Yuma Foothills, 9 miles east of town, out of all the traffic but close enough to shopping, casinos and Mexico. We offer the best of both worlds - all the amenities and activities of the larger RV parks, but this Yuma RV resort is small enough for everyone to participate and make new friends.

Encore's Desert Paradise RV Resort in southwestern Arizona has wide asphalt streets, gravel sites, concrete patios and a tree at most sites. Guests love this friendly Yuma RV resort and our welcoming staff makes sure you have everything you need for a relaxing stay.

General Policies:

• Check in: 12 noon
• Check out: 12 noon
• This is an age qualified community.
• Pets are allowed. Limit 2 pets per site. The following breeds of dogs are not allowed; Doberman, Pit Bull, Chow or Rottweiler.
• Rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
• For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (866) 315-9331.

Reservation & Payment Policies:

• Your credit card will be charged one night rack rate prior to arrival.
• To make changes to your reservation please call (877) 864-2728 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
• If a RV/Tent site reservation is canceled at least 2 days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit. Otherwise the one night deposit will be forfeited.
• If a rental reservation is canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival, an administrative fee of $25 will be charged prior to refunding any advance deposit.
• Rental reservations that are canceled within 7 days of arrival are not eligible to receive a refund.
• In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is canceled or changed.
• Prices and site type are subject to availability.
• No refunds will be issued for early check out.
• If I used a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, I authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during my stay to that credit card or apply funds you have on deposit with us against what I owe.

Monthly and Seasonal

• Your credit card will be charged a 1 month deposit.
• Remaining balance is due upon arrival.
• Utility fees will be assessed in accordance with current metering and fee collection standards.
• A cancellation policy of 60 days prior to arrival, or before September 1st, applies to any monthly or seasonal reservation. Less than 60 days will receive no refund; your deposit will be held for a future stay to be used within one year or the following season.
• A $50 utility deposit is due upon arrival and will be applied to your final electric bill.

• Free WiFi hotspot located in the Library. High speed Internet and additional WiFi available from Jabba Communications for a fee.
